I ordered a fingerprint necklace for my wife a few years ago and she loves it. It came in a cute box and is really lovely. Since then, the chain has been broken a few times (this is not the fault of the seller, the blame lies with our dog who jumps up sometimes and who pulled on it). The chain is so perfect with the fingerprint pendant and we couldn't find a suitable substitute. I asked for a custom order of just the chain and the custom order was made very quickly. The chains were sent right away and are just what I wanted. I have been so pleased with everything I've gotten from this shop.
